What the $500 fee does not cover
The $500 SAP program fee covers Charlotte's professional services only — initial evaluation, follow-up evaluation, all employer reporting, and Clearinghouse entries. It does not cover the education or treatment program recommended (billed separately by that provider), your return-to-duty drug or alcohol test (arranged through your employer), or your follow-up tests.
What Happens After Payment

Charlotte contacts you within one business day to schedule your evaluation. Initial evaluations are available within 72 hours (24 hours with expedited add-on).
Your evaluation is conducted in person at our Baltimore, MD office or by secure video — your choice.
Your written report is delivered to your employer within one business day of the evaluation.
After payment, Charlotte will contact you within one business day to schedule your evaluation. In-person appointments are available at our Baltimore, MD office. Remote evaluations are conducted by secure video for employees anywhere in the United States.
